Calendar and Workshops

These are the upcoming activities in which I’ll be taking part, partnering or organising: circles, workshops, online talks and other events.

Women's circle: "Recognising the feminine in me"

Content:

Does the feeling resonate with you that in today’s society, a valid or well-regarded woman is one who has found the perfect partner, is professionally successful, has created a family and maintains an emotional state of permanent joy and service?

The truth is that, many times, when a woman lives subject to the demanding roles that society imposes on her, she pays a high price for it without necessarily being aware of what she’s neglecting just to be successful. As a result, she often becomes disconnected from herself, her body’s wisdom, and her cycle, thereby losing all her natural strength.

Join me at this women’s circle and experience the sensation of sisterhood, support and encouragement among women to discover how to reconnect with your true feminine side through your cyclicality and its archetypes.

Women's workshop: "Perimenopause: the path to the encounter with the last bleed"

Content:

How many times have you stopped to think about your last bleed? How many times has it seemed so far away? What do you connect with when thinking about that moment in your life? And how do you picture it?

If you’re between forty and fifty years old, if your last bleed has come earlier than expected or if you’ve already stopped bleeding, join me to explore the seven phases of this crucial stage of our femininity and gain tools to accompany yourself and embrace this transformation as a celebration of a new stage of life that is opening up before you.

Women's circle: "Exploring perimenopause: the path of the shaman archetype"

Content:

The path towards the last bleed (menopause) can be fraught with complex times that may trigger difficult emotions such as fear, anxiety, lack of self-esteem and relationship problems.

I propose attending eight meetings with me where we will delve into the different aspects of this journey, discovering how you can support yourself on this path and transform it into a period full of light just as this moment is meant to be in a woman’s life.

Talk: Where are you from? When your passport says one thing and your heart and culture say another.

Content:

Have you grown up in different countries due to your parents’ jobs? Did you grow up in different cities? Does your job mean that you have to raise your children in places other than where you come from?

If this is your case, you’ll most definitely have developed relationships with different cultures, without becoming attached to them or making them your own. Even though, thanks to your experience, you’re a cosmopolitan person with a major capacity for adaptation and flexibility, yet this type of life sometimes has emotional consequences because you don’t have a clear identity, you don’t lay roots and you don’t identify a place to consider home.

In this talk, we’ll explore the difficulties that the so-called third culture kids can haul into their adult lives and, in the case of children, we’ll provide you with tools so that, as parents, you can mentor them.

Walker, your footsteps are the road, and nothing more.
Walker, there is no road; the road is made by walking.
Walking you make the road, and turning to look behind
you see the path you never again will step upon.
Walker, there is no road, only foam trails on the sea.
